I have hand strung delicate freshwater pearls and abalone for this beautiful necklace. The pendant is hand painted abstract water on a vintage silver spoon handle that I have formed into a pendant. I find the spoons at flea markets and then make these necklaces out of them. Each one takes about 3 weeks to paint, dry and form into the necklace. I then hand bead it with stones or pearls that accent the piece. The necklace is 18" total length so hangs down 9" with a 2" long pendant and Silver lobster clasp closure. Truly a unique piece of jewelry to remind you of the beach!
